Post Repair Inspection

Due to the number of inspection we perform inevitabley there are occasions where the customer is not happy with th repairs carried out to the vehicle.

Post Repair Inspections are carried out when the customer has concerns or complaints against the repair work that has been carried out.

We prefer that the customer and a representative from the repairers, are both present with our engineer at the time of the inspection, so all concerns can be identified and inspected accordingley.  Our inspecting engineer will then make an independent judgement to the quality of repair work carried out and will address to see if the concerns are justified.

Our inspecting engineer's findings are then compiled into a report which can then be used for rectification work to be carried out on the subsequent repair.

We also have a Management Information module that analyses repairer quality by monitoring the number of post repair inspections carried out on vehicles assigned to them to repair. We work with several large networks of approved repairers and help to maintain the quality of repairs on a whole.
