Our engineers are strategically placed throughout the country to enable us to inspect vehicles quickly and efficiently.  Using TomTom GPS Satellite vehicle tracking, our booking team is able to see the current whereabouts of our road based engineers and pass new jobs over to them immediately.

Our claims management system also has the facility to monitor SLA adherence. The system intergrates with the GPS tracking to find most efficient solution to getting the vehicle inspected as soon as possible.

On a daily basis our claims management system sends out the days inspection sechedule to each engineer. The mo0st efficient route is calculated based on client availability. This helps to reduce our carbon footprint, keep fuel usage to a minimum and to maintian the condition of our vehicle fleet.

Our London and large city based engineers use fuel hybrid cars for a more environmentally friendly approach to manual vehicle assessments.
